Terms & Conditions for Gold Mine Bespoke Savings Plan
"Please note that all installments deposited towards the Gold Mine plan are strictly non-refundable in cash. Accumulated funds can only be redeemed against the purchase of fine jewellery during the designated maturity window."
No Midway Cancellation: Customers cannot cancel their active Gold Mine plan prior to maturity. The installments deposited are locked and can only be utilized to purchase jewellery upon reaching the redemption period.
Partial Completion Rule
If you wish to close the plan and purchase jewellery before completing the mandatory 10-month tenure, you will only be allowed to redeem the exact principal amount deposited till date. Under such circumstances, the company will revoke the 11th installment bonus and any associated discounts.
Note: Under no circumstances shall the company issue refunds via Cheque, Cash, or Online Bank Transfer.
Jewellery purchased by redeeming your Gold Mine plan balance is eligible for our standard 7-day exchange policy strictly in the event of manufacturing defects. Please be advised that Custom-Made to Order (MTO) or personalized bespoke pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
In the event that funds are debited from your bank account but your dashboard fails to update, our secure payment gateway partner, Cashfree Payments, will automatically reconcile and refund the amount to your original source account within 5 to 7 business days. Any duplicate transactions detected by the system are also processed for automatic refund within the same timeframe.
